I had a woolworths credit card back in 2008 and I settled it in 2009 via their debt collectors MBD attorneys, because I wanted to clear my ITC record. This year 2014 i had entered into debt counselling agreement, and the company providing my credit information to the debt counsellor claims I also have an outstanding debt for woolworths visa credit card that I paid 5 yrs ago. I called woolworths customer service they informed me I dont owe anything on this account, and now the consumer friend people keep insisting that they are getting this account record from woolworths head office and it keeps accumulating, and they claim it interest on the credit card.
I then called woolies again to have the credit card balance read to me, they said the card owes 0 balance it has 0 balance straight facility and 0 balance so where is this interest I'm said to be owing coming from.
Kindly assist as this is making my current problems worse than what I am trying to sort out.
