I went in to Cresta Edgars to pay off and close off my account due to them billing me for insurances on my account which I didn't request or give authorization for. I had also been getting calls from their agents trying to sell me stuff over phone and I had never authorized them to call me on my personal phone and promote any of their products. In order to close the account I had to talk to their agents over the phone at the customer services tills and I also requested her to refund me back my money that they had illegally deducted or give me proof that I authorised them to make such deductions, the lady was rude and said that it was common for Edgars to deduct without authorisation and that I was not the first one so I shouldn't be angry and she put the phone down on me when I tried to get her name. I called again and this time spoke to a lady called Yvonne who told me to go to the Westgate branch if I want to get my money back because she says that was where they had activated the policy which made me angry even more because I must spend my money and petrol to get my money back?
