In a normal lunch time, 13:00 - 13:30, we wanted to buy some products at this clicks. At the pay point there was a very long row of people waiting to be assisted. At the tills, there were 8 employees, but only two of them was actually working, the other 6 people were making jokes, and distracting the other 2 employees that was working as well. So what had to be a 5 minute wait in the row, turned out to be a 20 minute wait in the row, just to be assisted!!! And then, at the till, the card machine also suddenly did not work! But the previous person just paid with a debit card! If the other 6 people behind the tills were not busy making jokes and distracting the other till workers, we never would have been late for work!!! And it is obvious that in a normal lunch time, it will be much busier than ever! This clicks has had this problem for a very long time!!! I would much rather support the Dischem in the Mooi Rivier Mall!
