Another damaged mattress

In May 2013 we complained about bad service from Dial a Bed, and buying a bed and the springs etc. They exchanged the mattress for a different make, giving us an ONLY option to take a restonic mattress. The lady at the shop told us that that was our only option and they did not have the original mattress replacement that we baught in the first place. Paying such a big sum for a mattress, and expecting to get a mattress that lasts, seen that our first mattress had a 10 year warranty, now only months later you can feel all the springs on this bed. What does a person do to be able to get a bed that lasts? Doesn't the new consumer act protect the public, we don't have the money to buy a bed every 6-12 months.
