This is my 3rd complaint. After being promised contact details by the acting area manager in case I had further issues (which I never got anyway), I reluctantly agreed to let sterns fix my ring again. Went to collect and this time it was completely ruined, diamond was dug into the metal n the metal was skew. I was offered a new ring of the same model, understandably I was reluctant. I was then given cash back to find something else. I can't get anything decent for the amount, we got the ring on special @ R2249 bt its now R2999. We are deeply hurt by what Sterns has put us through. Now I am stuck without a wedding ring. I hope we can find an amicable solution to this, SOON!
