In December I emailed customer care about a ready meal that I had purchased. I got no feedback so I didnt leave it there as in my mind Woolworths is a company that strives to be a market leader as well as sells on the idea that they have superior/ excellent quality goods.
More than a motnh later and after drafting several complaints, I got a response last week, saying that they understand my issue and how disappointed they are and how they would follow up with the supplier and in the ematime, I'd get a "R100" voucher...
I have never received this voucher, nor expect to, the way this complaint has been handled is shocking, the lack of responses, lack of follow through, and simple offer of a voucher should be enough. I am disappointed with Woolworths. They are below average...
