Last time I stand in a queue for 20 minutes

I'm writing this report from one of the many queues in the Potch branch, having already stood in line for 20minutes to pay for my groceries. This is not the first time that the store is understaffed at its peak and I find it unacceptable that only 5/6 of 26 tills are manned, causing lines of customers into the aisles. Surely management could address this issue with better planning.
