Ad Service led to inconvenience

Good Day

I have been requesting a paid up letter from edcon since December 2013. I called them again on the 31st January 2014, they said to me i will receive it on the 5th February 2014. On the 5th i didn't receive it they said i will receive it on the 6th to my suprise i still haven't received it. when i call them they insist that they sent it through to me, why would i ask for something twice if i had received it? the agents are not even remorseful about m not getting the letter i so urgently need. they keep postponing. Its funny when they want us to pay their money they would follow up countless times. but when you finally pay them and need clearance of that they drag their feet. I am highly disappointed in the service i have received . to this day i still]l haven't received my letter.
