Vuyiswa left a very bad taste in my mouth .
Bought microwave in 2010, it stopped working in Dec 2013, took in i for repairs . I did not receive any communication until 2nd week of Jan 2014 when I received an sms that the microwave is ready for collection.
To my surprise I were given the microwave and i only realised this when i got home, then I returned to the store to inform them, only to be told that they cant pick up the microwave on the system - no one knows where my microwave is?? No one bothered to call me to inform me if they are still investigating where the microwave is .
Until 06/02/2014 I called in to enquire about the whereabouts of my microwave, Vuyiswa took my name and number and promised to call back - 3hours later she hasnt called, so i called in to get feedback- only to be told that they dont know where the microwave is, in Vuyiswa's words " It is not responsibility to know where the microwave is . I fail to understand why would she choose to work in a customer service environment - when she can scream and shout at a customer, speak in a language(Zulu) that i couldnt understand .
I dont owe Game a cent on that appliance, and I want it back.
