DOES IT TAKE 2 WEEKS TO GIVE FEEDBACK???

This is now the 3rd time I on Hellopeter wrt this same complaint. I was told over 2 weeks ago that the FICA dept of Edgars was investigating my account. If it takes more than 2 weeks to see if an account has been FICA'd, then all I can say is no wonder that I have been asked to FICA my account for a 3RD time in January. Edgars, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND SUPPLY ME WITH FEEDBACK AS TO WHAT IS GOING ON!!!
The longer this takes the more angry and irritable I am becoming!!!
I also want to know if Edgars has sent their cashier staff on customer service training yet as the experience I had at Festival Mall Edgars that started off this complaint was absolutely horrendous and embarrassing. Then again, if it takes so long for customer care to get back with feedback, it only makes sense that the store staff are also lacking in customer service. Perhaps if the MD of the Edcon Group knew what was going on the attitudes would be different towards the people who are paying your salaries every month!!!
