We have been going to Malas for over 25 years and always refer people there, but lately we have had a terrible experience. My husband went there before to get new tyres for his car and they said they do not put on new tyres at the back because the car will be uneven etc so they changed the new tyres to the front and the old set to the back. Then he went back to do my car and they said they will not change the tyres at the back to the front, he must pay extra for it and the guy (Kabelo) refused to do it and had a really bad attitude about putting on the tyres which we have paid for. It is unacceptable to pay for brand new tyres and get this horrible attitude, it gives the impression that you have already paid so there is nothing you can do. We will not go back to Malas or refer anyone else there after this!!
