No access to bathrooms and mall exit

I do not understand how the bathroom facilities on the ground floor are locked before 7pm on Friday evening when the fast food restaurants on the same floor are open till 8pm in the evening. This is an inconvenience to customers to have to go to the second floor. On another note, security lock the one entrance on the clicks side early in the evening before all customers have left the mall. I have on 2 occasions, parked at the clicks entrance, had supper and then watched a movie at the mall and then upon leaving the mall been told by security to walk all the way to the other entrance and walk all the way back up to my car. This is completely unacceptable, I am a customer and I had my 2 children with me. Maybe the Mall management and security should re-look their procedures and look up customer service at the same time.
