I am very frustrated with Kalahari as I placed my order on the 18th of January with the expected delivery date of the 5th of February which is already 18days after delivery. Now it is expected for me to wait just under three months for the delivery? This is unexpected especially if the delivery was due today and then only receiving the 'delayed mail' on the day of delivery.
No reason for the delay is given at all. Not that any reason will make this situation and delay any better.
I just receive a simple mail with the subject 'Items are going to be late'. This is unprofessional and not appropriate or personal.
I would really like to sort this out and get my parcel today. I think that I have been waiting long enough now and extending the deliver is simply not acceptable, and Undermining the ethos of [URL Removed] my first experience is certainly not a positive one
