No answer from repair division at PnP Hype

On 10 Jan 2014 I took a faulty vacuum cleaner I had purchased from Pick n Pay Hyper Steeldale in for repairs. I was informed that the repair will take a maximum of 21 days. After this period, I had still heard nothing back and decided to wait a few more days. Since 2 February, I have being trying to contact this branch with no luck. Firstly, the contact details on my receipt no longer exist as valid telephone numbers. Secondly, the number that the PnP Hyper Steeldale branch advertises online is in fact for the pharmacy located in the store. The pharmacy staff gave me a number for repairs which has just continually rung for the past three days, with nobody ever answering and no voice mail service either. This level of customer service is completely substandard. I should be able to contact them telephonically to check the status of my repair, rather than wasting my petrol and time driving out there, only to discover that it might not even be ready.
