NOT DELIVERING PAID GOODS

I ordered 4 products from Kalahari 3 weeks ago, with an estimated delivery date being 31 January 2014. On 27 January 2014 they dispatched the 1st parcel and on 29 January 2014 the 2nd using Speed Services, who is part of post office. The whole country is aware that the post office is striking, and Kalahari in their brilliance thought it a good idea to utilize this service. I phoned them on 30 January and said that they must send it via a different courier and the call centre advised that it is indeed possible. She even took my delivery address.

Today, I still don't have it and when I phoned in to follow up, I was advised by Kalahari that they can't collect my packages from post office and resend via a working courier. No, apparently Speed Services is holding all packages hostage, Kalahari apparently has no right to their own goods, and apparently I don't either. I have paid for the goods I am not getting!

These packages was for a gift on 31 January 2014.

I am totally disgusted by the management allowing the packages to go to the post office in the first place knowing that the post office is striking!
