Would like to bring to the head affice of Dischem south africa that i have received really pathetic service from the (so called owner) BOBBY in Dischem Potchefstroom. my story is that i went to buy some medication from Dischem. i also bought some chocolate from them (TOBLERONE) which was marked on the shelf for R15.95, the box was almost empty and there were only 4 so i took all four and by my surprise the price was scanned at R79.95. the matter was taken to him (BOBBY) who came to explain me that it was an error but he cannot give me all 4 but only 1, and nowhere was it stated that i am limited to only buy 1 piece. but most importantly mr BOBBY was very rude to me when he came to assist me. NO HOW ARE YOU SIR OR NOTHING LIKE THAT, I FELT LIKE I WAS TREATED LIKE A DOG IN HIS STORE. i hope something can be done about this attitude from head office side as he has no right to talk to me as a client as he wishes to. hope to hear from you soon.
