In 2013 I subscribed to the Edcon airtime subscription service, it has been about 6 months already and I have not received a cent airtime yet. I have on multiple occasions tried to cancel the service but to no avail. On 30 January 2014 I phoned 086 033 2244 again to cancel the service only to be helped by a very very rude call centre agent called Thepo. On 2 February 2014 I phoned again asking why no one has phoned me back to cancel the service. The agent (didn't take down his name) told me they will phone me again on Monday, latest Tuesday. I am still waiting for them to call me. I just want the service cancelled, I also expect that if possible that I will be refunded all the months I paid and didn't receive any airtime.
