I have purchased a Sealy 3 months ago and it has sagged. I reported this to the sales man and they informed be that they do not deal with this as the warranty is with sealy. The bed is 3 months old!!! A person from sealy have contacted me but have not resolved the issue. I do not know what is happening and do not have a contact details of sealy. I get the impression that dial a bed only cares about sales and not customer service.
