I purchased a stove on 14 December 2012 at GAME.
The stove is tripping the main switch. I reported a fault early january 2013 with the stove and the Kelvinator guy came & checked the stove & confirmed that it is a factory fault. He then promised to return & instal the faulty part. That was the last time the guy came. He did not pitch to replace the faulty stove part. Now I am having a problem because of the bad service I am receiving from Kelvinator & worse, I cant even contact them directly because the cellphone number of the technician isnt even working.
Can you please arrange for these guys to come and replace the faulty part as promised. I have been patient enough
