I bought 3No. toothbrush's from Dis-Chem in Jan 2014 without looking at the price. The said brush's started to fall apart and loss 'hair' within the 1'st week. After starting to use the second brush, the same problem started. I return in to Dis-Chem on Saturday 1 February 2013. I hand it to the Manager 'Mike' who ask me what the make was. No name was printed on the brush's. "No name brand". We went to the display and found the brush's. His response was that "you get what you pay for" after he see the price of _R19.00. I pointed out to him that I don't look at the price when buying because I expect to always get acceptable quality products at Dis-Chem. His remark was that Dis-Chem can not keep everyone happy.
I bought 3No. of toothbrush's at the Spar in 2013 which lasted the whole 12 Months. I also don't know what I have paid.
What I have learn is that Dis-Chem are selling poor quality products and I will have a good look at quality and price if I ever again buy something at Dis-Chem. I am also sorry to say that there managers are not properly trained.
