MAKE UP YOUR MIND!!!

Mr Price Home needs to make up their mind on which system they want to implement.

In December 2013 i went to 2 Mr price home stores, Carlsworld Midrand and Design Quarter Fourways, requested to create a gift registry and was told that gift registries can only be done online. I then went back home and after 7 attempts, finally succeeded in creating one.

I have already sent out invitations with gift registry details. My aunt today called me to tell me that Mr price home does not have a list of my items. I called Mr price home customer care 0800 21 25 35 and a lady politely told me i have to go instore and give them the registry number so they can "import" my online wishlist.

Now i have been to Design Quarter, again, and was told the regisrty cannot cannot be "imported". Poor store lady called customer care herself, and was told i need to scan all my items in store as the list cannot be linked.

Now Mr price home, after running around stores, online and phone calls, what am i supposed to tell my guests? please wait while mr price home decides which system they want to use or maybe the gift registry system does not exist? Please confirm!
