Standard Bank crashed

I went to purchase some goods at the Shoprite in Kempton Park on the 25th of January 2014. As I paid for the goods I got an sms that the money went off my bank account but it did not come through on the till. At the same time all Standard Bank services crashed. My Husband ended up paying for the goods as he is with FNB. The store manager took my details down and promised to contact me. Charlotte contacted me and asked me to give her a copy of my bank statement showing that the money came off but was never returned which I did. Today is the 3rd of February 2014 and I still have not been informed of when i will get my money back and Charlotte is conveniently not at work. The manager that took my details on the day also cannot give me any answers. I feel that this is because Shoprite has taken my money and refusing to give it back. It is a small amount of R237.18 for Shoprite but for me that is alot of money. I want some answers or I feel I need to open a case of against this huge company. They are quick to take our money but don't want to return it and I doubt I will ever shop there again.
