On Christmas day my car battery started giving problems and by the 30th of December it was dead. I phoned Tiger Wheel & Tyre in Hatfield and spoke to Jurgens who said they didn't have the battery for my car in stock but that he would get one from a branch in Johannesburg by the next morning. I was sceptical because it was the end of the year and the shops were closing early. But Jurgens kept me up to date consistently by phone and had the battery for me the next morning as promised. I will definitely be going to Tiger Wheel & tyre in Hatfield for future services.
