Gave in a Sumsang for loan, now phone is gone

I went on saterday to pay my loan and get my phone back, when I got there they told me that my phone is gone, after I paid my arrers in Jan 2014. they said that the money I paid on the 3th of jan 2014, was for an other phone. but on that they I gave them only one papier, and now the lady that did my payment is no longer working there. I spoke to james and he said if I want the phone I must pay R500.00 cus it is in repairs.
now I want to know what they going to do about my phone???
