To follow up reference number 2101140027/GO

On Wed 22 Jan, I went to Edgars, Longbeach Mall, to have my Thank U card activated properly. Melissa, who captured the card details, was surprised it was not done when the card was given to me at Canal Walk on 7 Dec (by cashier Tamarra Dammert).

Melissa made copies of the purchase slips for 7 Dec & 13 Jan, made with my Thank U card, but for which no points reflect. She said she will contact someone to sort out the missing points issue. She also promised to phone me back about it, but she hasn't.

On 21 Jan, when Prenell phoned me, I was told it can all be sorted out if I go to a store!

Please provide feedback on this issue. Should I throw out my Thank U card because I never get my points? Why issue a loyalty card when my loyalty isn't rewarded?
