Sunday 02.02.14 i went to PnP Vangate Mall. To be exact I bought a tray eggs, 2Magnums, 1slab of choc & doom powder. Because the lines was extremely long & I only had the above mentioned goods I went to pay at the customer service desk. There was 2 people in front of me & while I was waiting to be assisted the supervisor was standing there but said nothing. When it was my turn to be assisted she shouted 1/2 ITEMS ONLY! This made me furious, firstly I was standing in the line & she said nothing, secondly you don't shout @customers, if she came to me & told me nicely sorry ma'm but this is for 1/2 items only I would've understood but she waited till I was assisted & shouted & then she still had an attitude when I told her for a supervisor that is very unprofessional. I was there in the week as well & the lady that was behind the counter @the time told me I could come pay there hence my reason for going to pay there. After I was finished paying I went to her to ask for her name & instead of giving me her name she sarcastically said "I'M THE LADY IN RED"! I then checked her badge for her name - Resa. This reminded me why I never go to PnP Vangate mall even though its the closest PnP to me.
