I was at the till point so the cashier that was scanning my stuff made a mistake, they had to scan my items 3 times and it was only 4 items that i was buying, mind you the used the same plastic bag that was used before all crissed, and the cashier asked her manager if she should give me a new plastic bag and the manager said no she must use the same one after they have been putting the items in and out. I am assuming the lady that helped the cashier was the store manager, she did not even apologise for her cashier's mistake, she was just being grumpy in front of me and don't need that attitude as a customer.
