Rude call center agents

I have been retrenched from my employment and although I could just not pay my account I decided in good faith to make an arrangement with the first call center agent from Truworths to pay a minimum of R200 until my account is settled. Subsequent to this I have been called up to 50 times sometimes 5 times a day by Truworths call center agents. When I asked one of them why they were calling me multiple times daily even though I have told them I am currently unemployed she told me for as long as I owe they have a right to harass me and harass me they do. Next month is my last installment and I will close the account and get everyone else I know to close their accounts because although I know that call center agents can be rude and have no respect and it is sometimes not the fault of the retailer at the end of the day they represent Truworths and the first lesson should have been to respect the customer.

The whole lot are just rude!!!
