MONEY TRANSFER

I sent money through Pep money transfer last week Thursday the 30th January 2014. To this date the person has not received the amount and cannot withdraw. This has damaged my friendship as the person feels that I am cheating her or telling, I tried phoning the call centre on Friday they gave me the new pin to use on the ABSA ATM but then again the pin did not work..
I am angry as I am writing this and I feel that Pep made me look like an unfaithful person untrustworthy person to my stokfel ladies. Now I had to send money again because she wouldn't buy the story that the money was sent already and it is quite embarrassing.

I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK...
