I have received the ordered parcel of a cutlery canteen with despatch date 6-12-13 on 18-12-13 and was totally dissatisfied with the condition in which it was delivered - damaged content of the Canteen and Sugar Tongs.
Contacted HomeChoice via email (providing photographic proof of defect) and were placated by a response telephone call 24-12-13 and an email confirming what my next step should be in resolving the matter.
I returned the canteen and tongs via insured post 30-12-13 for replacement and emailed the proof of postage 06-01-14 with banking details so that they could refund postage as promised - also requesting to be notified when they receive the parcel - no response.
A month later 31-01-14 I received a call for the parcel that had been promised delivery via SMS 24-01-14.
Retrieving it from the Post Office I found a "REPLACEMENT Sugar Spoon".
I am totally aware of the fact that HomeChoice is moving warehouse but it does not make for an excuse in sending me defective goods to start with and getting the replacement wrong again.
Would appreciate the issue to be resolved post haste.
