Sidewalk Surfer have the worst service

Sidewalk Surfer has the worst service in Clearwater Mall I bought a pair of vans for my daughter in December and I went back in the first week of January to change the size! They did not have stock and told me that I should come back at end of January or they would give me a credit. They also suggested we call them to find out what the status was regarding their new stock. This morning I went back to Sidewalk Surfer and the Manager, Praise, advises that there is still no stock and will only arrive at the end of February. She offered me a credit note at which point I requested a cash refund instead. She then asked for a card with a chip which I handed to her for my refund. The refund into my account didn't reflect immediately so I assumed that there was a delay. I went back 30 minutes later to find out why it was not reflecting on my account. She then informs me that it takes 20 days for the credit to reflect. When I asked why she did not inform me prior to the transaction she gave me attitude. When I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager. When I asked to speak to the owner she told me he was overseas and I need to deal with her!
