A very Unhappy custome

On 16/10/2013 i bought a cellphone @ Pep Cell. Within the first 10 days i went back telling them the videos on my W/App could'nt open. It looks like a software problem. Darren tried doing it himself but i had to go back all the time. The same prob occured all the time. Then i decided before the gaurentee time runs out, let it be sent for repairs. I then waited 2 and a half weeks, passed the shop and found the cellphone there, back from repairs. Same problem i had. Now three and a half mnths later still no satisfaction. Up till today i've been there at the store about 8 times if not more. Yesterday alone was 3 times i went there. I have bought three fones with them in the past, but i swore never again. No one phoned to let me know the phone is back from repairs. There customer service stinks. I got my slip. I went back in the warrant time period. But they just couln't make me a happy customer. I said to Darren and his colleage"put yourself in my shoes" and see if you would smile. I now have given up on them.
