When Kalahari did not deliver my sons birthday present on time i had to go out and buy the item somewhere else, so obviously i cancelled the order with kalahari on 20 Jan 2014 - until today 31 Jan 14 i still have not received my money back not do i have any indication as to when my money will be paid back - the poor girl that i have been working with from the call centre is trying her best to get this sorted out but - like how i feel with kalahari - it seems that both her and i keep running into brick walls - i am so sick and tired of hearing excuses from kalahari for their poor service i could die!! i am going start charging interest on the money that is owing to me... if it was money owing to kalahari i am sure it would have been sorted in a day or two - but getting my money back to me does not seem to be priority - even though this was ENTIRELY kalahari's fault
