On Sunday, 25 January 2014, I posted a message on the Mr Price Money website for them to contact me regarding a question I had about my account. On the generated email I received they told me that I will hear back from someone at the company within 48hours.
Well, nothing since then! I finally had to go into a branch so that the manager can explain to me the answer to my question. This is not so that you must phone me. This is to tell you what pathetic service you deliver. Please do not provide customers with an option to contact you via your website and then ignore the query. What is the use of the "Contact Us" button on the website then. Really pathetic!
