It's been over a year since I reported on what Decofurn had done to my small company. I bought hundreds of beds from them to retail in my own company all with a warranty but most of them broke within weeks and I have not heard 1 word from Decofurn or Cornel the manager who shouted and humiliated me in front of his staff for asking to have the issue resolved by having them repair the beds - I have had to pay so many of my customers back their hard earned money that my small business couldn't not survive.
All Decofurn did was respond on Hello Peter and say that they would resolve the issue with me and well as I said it's been a year and absolutely no word from them.
Unlike the story of David vs Goliath in the Bible, Decofurm successfully drove my small business to the ground so it's a sad ending but I believe that one day, one company will have the legal capacity to take them to task for the poor quality furniture that breaks within weeks that they continue to sell to poor unsuspecting customers.
Interestingly though, a white owned company in Durban who had bought beds and other furniture from Decofurn which subsequently (obviously) broke has been attended to by Decofurn.
