An ear bud purchased from Clicks Fourways lodged itself in my ear while cleaning. I went to the doctor and was hit with a R560-00 BILL from Intercare Fourways (they poured a solution in my ear and pulled it out-it took less than 5 minutes).
The product was clearly faulty and i made a claim to Clicks for the doctors fee.
After being given a total run around by Dalene Solomons ie: she requested the doctors invoice. Once i supplied it she then said she required a doctors report. Once i had supplied the doctors report (which took 2 weeks to attain from Intercare Fourways) Dalene then told me i had to drop the ear buds off my nearest branch of CLICKS to have the product evaluated.
After hounding and hounding Dalene for a response i was told that the product was found to be ok and that i would NOT be refunded.
I then contacted Michelle who apparently is CLICKS MD's PA and she said i should leave it with her to sort out.
Michelle never came back to me and i began sending emails again to get a response.
A lady called me today 30 Jan 2014 and informed me that CLICKS would NOT assist as as they felt the product was not faulty.
