The 8th of October 2013 was one of the most special days of my life, my boyfriend had decided to pop the question and asked me to marry him. I immediatley fell inlove with the ring that he had purchased from American Swiss. A few weeks later, i noticed a small hole in my ring, one of the diamonds had fallen out! I was upset and we immediatley took the ring back to the store, where we were told that this ring was not supposed to be resized in the first place and that they will send it back and replace the ring.. After a few days, I noticed another hole!! again we go back and were told that the diamonds will be replaced and that they will put in an order for me for a brand new ring thats made to my size but it will take up to 9 weeks!! This was a problem as my wedding is in Feb and how can i not have a ring on my wedding day, they then told me that they were going to replace my ring (the one that had the diamonds missing) again so I can use this one for my wedding in the meantime. Well guess what there is a hole in here AGAIN not one but 3 holes and right now i dont have ring for my wedding as I am still waiting on the new order that takes 9 weeks!! Thanks American Swiss
