No Installation of DSTV in 3 Months!!!

I purchased DSTV decoder from local PEP after being given a very nice pitch by the cashier. I chose the R599 option with installation incl. I was told by the manager Geraldine that I just had to sms my ppostal code to the number inside and I would be provided with a list of accredited installers. I never received anything and after a week I went back to Pep and she insured me she would follow this up with headoffice, as there were others who also complained but they were sorted out within less than a week. Another few weeks went by, I went in to the store again and was quite angry because she didn't seem to care and wanted to prove a point. I told her if I did not have my decoder installed that same week, I would bring back the decoder and request my money back. She told me they don't accept decoders back... which is ridiculous. am I supposed to do with the useless thing? She said she would sort this out. I was contacted by an installer a day later, saying they would come the next day. If I had R150 petrol money. I said it was fine. Another week flew by and nothing. I called the installer, just to get attitude from the lady working there telling me they were out of decoders
