I am very upset with regards to the poor service I have received from the Bradlows Boksburg branch with regards to the a stand which we bought for R10000 cash (Sales person: Seetha Crestwell). We purchased a stand in December and not only was it damaged but there was even glasses missing which are part of the stand. Even the guys that delivered the stand couldn't even put together, the stand is still incomplete and looks like we bought it second hand.
We called the store after it was delivered to obviously request for a new one and Marcus (the branch Manager) told us that he was aware that the stand was damaged but still authorized the delivery and told us the factory is closed and they would deliver a new one after the 15th of Jan and nothing has happened still again we had to call him and he gave us another excuse that the factory was moving (I don't even understand how that is any of my business) and WE need to call them back after a week still with not final resolution of this matter and with no surprises we are still waiting.
