Bad service received

In December, my husband and i saw a stunning patio set we wanted to buy at House & Home Centurion. At this thime, the price was R7900.00 but we where told that they no longer had stock and we could enquire the following month. My husband returned on Tuesday (28/01) morning to go buy this set and also a refrigerator. He was informed that this patio set is no longer R7900.00, but R8500.00 - he asked the sales consultant very politely for discount due to the price being much less a month ago and was told that we cannot assist. My husband asked to speak to the manager, and same story. No effort in negotiating, even when we where prepared to spend R13500.00 cash at this store (refrigerator included)

I personally think that is is very bad service, showing customers away - and hope that you would take this matter seriously.
