This particular Cashier was having a conversation with the lady packer instead of servicing the customers, I was one of the people in the queue waiting for my turn as I approached the till I politely asked Muzi to stop talking to his colleague & serve us first once done with the customers can then continue their conversation. He rudely replied and laughing showing off saying what I said is not necessary as he is doing his job, he went on talking back at me rudely and even presented his name tag as he did not have it on his shirt said I can go and lay a complaint against him. He also did not want to serve me and was then instructed by the lady supervisor to serve me. The attitude presented by this particular gentlemen is not required in the customer service industry (I am a pregnant lady waiting long unnecessary for a person not valuing their job and taking his customers for granted is absolutely shameful and a disaster for Shoprite Baramall reputation. I require feed back regarding this matter. I was humiliated and embarrassed by this person I swear if he was not on his uniform and calmed down by this supervisor worst was to come from him.
