I bought a pair of running shoes and within a week or so the side strapping started to come loose. I returned them and asked if this was acceptable - the answer was "No, and we'll replace them". they didn't have my size in stock, (last Friday) and promised to let me know when they had sourced a pair. The next day I received a call that they were ready for collection, so on Monday, I was presented with a replacement new pair - no fuss, no questions. Really excellent service!
