To who it may be concerned
I am a student at the University of Stellenbosch. I am a Camel activate smoker, I love the fact that i can smoke a normal cigarette and when I want to just switch to menthol. I was disappointed to find many times cigarettes without activator in them and have decided to let you know this time. The exact reason for buying camel activate is for the menthol ball and this is just bad quality for it to be missing. Please can this be looked at.
