When will the struggle end?

My wife and I opened a gift registry with @home for our wedding. We received no feedback regarding our 10% voucher for about 6 months after the wedding.
I then went to them and asked what is going on. After months of struggling I received feedback that we will receive under R100. I then told them that this is wrong and we should receive about R250. They then asked me to give them a list of the items that were bought off the list.
I then took one month to get back to them (I was busy) and gave them a list I found, printed by @home, with the items listed that was purchased from the list. Gloria (manager) then said she needs some time to process the list.
While we were looking through the shop she added that we can select a few items and she will hold on to it for us. We then took a few items, including a pasta machine. This pasta machine was labelled around R390 but the shelf said R480 or something. I pointed this out and they said that the price on the box is correct.
Now, one year and a day after our wedding we have our voucher, but our items are lost, the pasta machine is now R500 with all the prices on the box itself crossed over via permanent marker!
