REFUSING TO REFUND

My Fiancee ordered couches from the store in October 2013 and the said that they will take 6-8 weeks (they said we can expect them latest on the 21 of December). But a week before that date we were told that we wont be getting them cos they are not delivered to them yet from the supplier, and being the understanding people that we are We waited until last week (the 17th or 18th of January) they told is that they are ready. we then paid the full amount that was outstanding and waited for the couches. On Friday 24 January 2014 they delivered the couches, but the one was not correct as per our order.
We then returned the couch and spoke to the Rustenburg Office who said it would take another 5 weeks to get the correct one but we decided we cannot wait that long for another couch and requested a refund.
now the Rustenburg office is telling us that the guys in Pretoria Office are refusing to give us our money back.
