Went to Ballito game on Saturday. Went to pay, stood in a line only for the cashier says its closed. Went to another cashier stood 30minutes until she says she is having problems so she is closed. Went to another till this lady says she is closing. A total of THREE tellers open but all say they closed. Finally had enough went to look for the manager who identified himself as Shanil, what an incompetent manager. Say there is Five tills open, Two where opening as we spoke and his answer was i have Five tills open. The 1st lady cashier open her till to other customers while I stood in the other line. Manager doesn't apologise, is arrogant and not helpful at all. Spoke to other customers who said they standing for 45minutes and the line hadn't moved. What bull is this?? This store really needs to close down as I, as well as others have had endless problems. Incompetent manager leads to incompetent staff!!!
