I have applied with Greystone Trading to put a toilet and patitioning into my wendy house, they arrange finance for you which I thought was kinda weird seeing that their adds always reads R50/R100 p/w. Anyway I filled out an application and cancelled first thing the Monday morning before money was deducted from my account. The Monday afternoon I phoned them to say that money has been deducted and I have cancelled they told me that they will sort this out and repay the money back to my account, a week has passed and after several phone calls and emails they do not respond and call back, I went there the Saturday after and every one even the manager in charge Amien blatantly ignored me, no one can tell when I will receive the money or give me confirmation of tranfer to my account. When I call I am put through to several people who says the one and the other is responsible they are clearly frauding me of my money and I wouldnt advise anyone to do business with them. The most pathatic customer service ever, Untill today I havent received any money and I'm busy taking them further if I do not receive my money end of today as I did explain to them inconvenience.
