On 26/01/2014 was at Spar to buy meat for braai at friends house. Bought n pack of pork rashers and a braai pack for two people. This was after two the afternoon. When we open the pack of pork meat I almost past out of the smell of meat. I went back to spar talk to Manager (Jan) and he sent me to butcher. He smell to meat and said it fine nothing wrong. Ask a other customer to smell and other person working there they both almost died of the smell. The date on the pork rashers was 28/01/2014. The other spar worker told the butcher to give me other meat. I thank them for it and left. Time past and we braaied the meat. Pork rashers we got was good. Got to the other meat and they was also off by a far run. The smell not there but the taste was so bad I left everything and I spent the next ten min in the toilet. This is not very good and its is a very bad thing for customers health. This was the last time I shall buy any meat at this spar. Its seems they are selling meat that is of to customers and bad for peoples health and its a big health risk. I shall take this up with health department and the traders industry
