My money!!!

When I paid my account at Blue route on Sunday 8 December 2013, my card was debited twice with R300 with a total of R600 but my on my edgars statement it only shows a payment of R300. I have my bank statement which shows this double payment. I have been promised so many times that my account would be fixed but still over a month later nothing has been done!

I have notified Blue Route of my problem straight away but was told they system was offline so she said she would log a call the next day and it would be fixed. I then went to your store at Longbeach twice but they gave me different stories each time and said they would pass it on to blue route but still nothing has been done. They made a copy of my bank statement. I have tried phoning your hot line number but they say they can't help and refer me to another number which just rings and rings and no one answers. I just want my edgars account credited with the R300 that has been from me ASAP!!!
