Good day,

Firstly to inform that I was not pleased by the service I received at PicknPay in Canal Walk.
The cashier who assisted me was so incompetent I cant understand how PicknPay can afford to have mistakes behind the till. The cashier was not even wearing the PicknPay uniform.
The cashier did not even know how to put through a rain cheque for my Pampers Jumbo Pack & I was charged R35.00 for 2x 2Lt cokes which should have been R 26.00.Lucky for me I checked my till slip to notice & had to query with the Lady at Customer service, if I had not notice what happened I would have lost out on nearly a R80.00, the cashier was not even friendly to top it up, also there was not even enough staff in the store to assist me, Im sorry to say this but I will rather miss out on smart shopper points & get good service at Checkers in the store & behind the till. I would expect a call from the store manager to let him or her know that's not on.
